The staff was very nice and extremely helpful with all of my questions during my visit, I ended up walking out with exactly what I was looking for with a smile on my face. Would gladly recommend this location to anyone.

My daughter and mother went there today to get a sim card for her tablet and the sales guy was more interested in argueing with them about putting it on a plan that he sold them the wrong size freaking card the moron even looked at the sim slot and still screwed them over this place and people are a joke will never go back!
Jenny is always kind and Josh her husband is knowledgeable.and they sell lots of stuff and if they don't have what you need they will gladly order it for you only wish they sold more then Verizon cell service with other wonderful cell services like cricket wireless offering unlimited data for only $70 with 5 dollar auto pay savings making it only $65 ....and yes cricket is TRULY unlimited..because I watch sling tv and Wwe network and often go over 100 gigs a data each month and never slowed down once ...and if radio shack ever offers cricket I be there first customer....but for parts and services I always check with radio shack arcade first then if they don't have what I need or can't service what I need I go else ware ..because Jenny and Josh her husband are super kind folks
I have always had knowledgeable and friendly service from this store. Whenever I've needed parts they were quick to order the item if they didn't have it and called back promptly when it came in. Most recently, I was having a laptop problem and josh suggested that he could "take a look". I went right in to the store and within minutes he had the problem fixed. And that was with a friendly smile and an offer to stop in anytime if I needed further help. In the past I've gone to other locations, but after having used this location (about 3yrs ago) I would never even think about trying somewhere else! In fact, I've recommended this store to both family and friends and they've been completely satisfied. Thanks to Josh and the rest of the crew I am a happy and satisfied customer!
