First off, i sent my wife to pick up the trailer, and they didn't even help her hook it up ! the trailer was fine as far as u haul goes, but then they tried to bill me for an extra day, saying that i returned it at 5 o'clock on monday? (as per u haul corporate told me) Im working in Syracuse at that time guys... but nice try ... Use the other place in town.
